Swim Lessions
We offer structured swimming lessons which cover beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate and advanced level by certified instructors.
If you have any questions about your child's class level, please ask a lifeguard to evaluate your child. For available lessons contact
the the Pool Manager Walter Weed (656-5562) or during pool hours 897-1844).
Lessons are divided into three levels:
Preschool Water Adjustment (age 3-5). Designed to teach children to be comfortable in the water, become ready to swim, and for
those developmentally ready, to teach beginning skills. The program is taught through fun and creative play.
Youth Lessions I (age 5-8). This program provides swimming and adventure activities to improve stroke skills. Each child develops
their abilities beginning with core swimming skills.
Youth Lessions II (age 8-10). This program develops
swimmers through strong core swimming skills and water safety. Learning is still at child's pace but also challenging.
Cost for each class (8 lessons each 45 min. in length over two weeks)

Swim lessons will be in three segments: (Monday - Thursday)
